ProRec Plumbing started with no web presence at all. The objective was to achieve a decent amount of exposure that would generate both calls and traffic to the website. The first step was creating a website and setting up the Google Business Listing.

Castle Jackson was aware that the client knew minimal about how to achieve this with their business so it was important to that the client was taken through the whole process with out having to actually doing any work outside of reviewing the initial website draft. Creating the website, content, images, Google Business Listing, domain purchase and management were just a few areas we needed to get set up in order to create a decent amount of exposure on the internet with ProRec Plumbing.

After a short period of time we were seeing the traffic flow to the website steadily increase. Once Covid-19 hit Australian shores the country went into lock down, ProRec Plumbing became an essential service but also needed to appear under specific keywords and locations to ensure they would receive quality leads. Google AdWords became the new objective which was achieved within just a few days from when restrictions first happened. The results more than tripled what we initially predicted.

For Castle Jackson, the method was as easy as it came. We were working with a ‘blank canvas’ so creating the website and Google Business listing was the first stage that needed to be completed.

Once the client was happy with the draft of the website and the business listing was created it was a matter of ‘fine tuning’ both the website and business listing to ensure that Google would like what I read about Prorec Plumbing. Over a period of time we allowed Google to establish a healthy relationship with Prorec Plumbing and consistently encouraged their customers to write reviews on their Google Business Listing which would speed up the process again. This proved to show steady increase in appearing under keywords and locations which translated to traffic flow into the website & enquiries for the business.

When the pandemic hit Australian shores we saw a big shift in the way the everyday Australian citizens dramatically change their day-today habits which made it important for both Prorec Plumbing and Castle Jackson to think dynamically. Google AdWords appeared to be the quickest and most efficient answer which was quickly carried out. The results far exceeded our expectations.
