ProRec Plumbing had no web presence and were keen to evolve. They wanted a new website to increase their brand exposure, draw traffic and generate calls.

They approached Castle Jackson to help clarify their needs, and to develop and manage their website. Castle Jackson was aware that the client had minimal knowledge about digital marketing, so was mindful to usefully guide them through this transitionary process.

Once the new website launched, COVID-19 emerged and Victoria went into lockdown. ProRec Plumbing became a local essential service and now needed to appear under specific keywords and locations to ensure they would receive quality, local leads. Castle Jackson knew this could be achieved quickly by implementing a Google AdWords campaign.

Castle Jackson initially boosted traffic via strengthening the website to allow Google to rank the website better over time. Google AdWords complimented this again later on.

The Method

Castle Jackson took the lead and purchased a domain, set up a Google Business Listing and started creating a draft website.

Once the client approved the draft website design, we developed the site content and adapted the copy with SEO/keywords to ensure it was effectively optimised to rank highly on Google.

Over time, we allowed Google to establish a stronger relationship with ProRec Plumbing by consistently encouraging the plumbing customers to write reviews on their Google Business Listing. These reviews led to a steady increase in ProRec Plumbing appearing under keywords and locations, increasing the business’s Google ranking and translating into steady website traffic and enquiries.

Once Covid-19 hit Australian shores, Victoria went into lock down.

ProRec Plumbing became a local essential service and now needed to appear under more specific keywords and locations to ensure they would receive quality, local customer enquiries. Castle Jackson developed and applied a Google AdWords campaign, knowing it would be an effective solution enabling the business to rapidly adapt to their new normal. While the website already had content created to organically improve its ranking under keywords and locations over time, Google AdWords generated leads for all keywords and locations within just a few days. Within a week the Google Adwords campaign had more than tripled the increase in ProRec’s enquiries that were originally predicted.
