The Objective for Castle Jackson was clear from the start. First we needed to upgrade Karl Knudsen Automotive branding from a digital perspective. During this process we would also focus on the conversion rate optimisation to ensure the business would receive more enquiries. After this first objective was complete it was a matter of putting the website where people find it via Google.
This involved research to ensure that the keywords Karl Knudsen Automotive would not only receive the exposure it needed but would also generate traffic into the website along with enquiries. In order to achieve this objective we needed to break down the process into stages to make sure that no funds were going to waste and that Karl Knudsen Automotive would be gaining exposure, ranking under the correct keywords, traffic flow to the website and a decent increase in enquiries.

Like every business, more enquiries and customers was the ultimate goal here. In order for us to achieve this objective we needed to do a bit of back-peddling on the existing website so we could ensure that Karl Knudsen Automotive was set up correctly first before the digital campaigns started.
This involved cleaning up the look and feel of the website whilst also carrying out conversion rate optimisation to the website. We needed to achieve this before any Google AdWords or SEO was carried out to ensure that Karl would receive the best return for profit and not risk wasting any of the budget going down the drain.
Once the website has an updated look, feel & was set up to ensure high converting, we then set up the Google AdWords account. Castle Jackson encouraged Karl to do Google AdWords before an SEO campaign so he could see first hand that digital marketing does actually work. The method behind this is to give trust and faith in both Castle Jackson and Google Advertising whilst also not hugely investing and taking a bigger risk at the beginning.
Once Karl Knudsen Automotive was receiving calls via their Googler AdWords campaign it was now time to start pushing the business via Search Engine Optimisation.
By this stage Karl had trust and faith in both Castle Jackson and Google Advertising so it was important to set up realistic expectations for both Karl Knudsen Automotive and Castle Jackson as SEO takes time to build a foundation ranking. This is why it was important the Google Adwords campaign was running as this ranking was slowly building.

The results for Karl Knudsen Automotive was an increase in business. This helped eliminate quiet patches through out the year but also helped with the overall branding of the business as well. Karl Knudsen Automotive also has a web agency at his disposal to assist the business in any way from a digital point of view which was not on offer before he met Castle Jackson. For both parties, the result was and remains successful. A common goal was achieved.
